Our program is broken down into learning modules. Each module is further broken down into individual lessons.  For each lesson, we will tell you exactly what you need to do.

There are no secrets here!  We want your navigation through the program to be easy so that you can save your energy for learning and absorbing the material.

Important!

If you are an "on demand" participant, you can begin once you've been given access to the program and receive your instructions by email.

For group and team participants, the class modules will not be available until the published start day of our class.  For now, we are making this introductory module available so that you can learn a bit about the program and also print your program learning packet before we begin.
